Project Management 🎫

Our Requirements​

We do not have a lot of functionality that we expect from a project management tool but we do have some:

  • A way to easily follow our Scrum/Kanban process
  • Integrations with other tools we use, like Slack, Github, etc.
  • Ability to gather statistics of our work

Jira​

Jira is our main tool for managing internal projects. All of the team members have access to it and the ability to create tickets of any type. However, only some members have access to project configuration and other settings.

Azure DevOps​

Azure DevOps
It is important for us to be flexible when choosing tools for the projects we run. Because of this Jira is not the only tool we use for project management and ticket creation, we also have experience and actively use Azure DevOps.

Open Source​

Additionally our opensource projects are mainly tracked via GitHub's Issues to give the community the ability to easily create issues themselves.
